I Agree — Terms Popup at Cart (the “App”) provides an “I agree to terms and conditions” checkbox on the cart page (the “Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This privacy policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal information the App collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Your store name
- Modify script tags in your store’s theme template files
- Read script tags in your store’s theme template files

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App.
Sharing personal information
We do not share your personal information with third parties. We store your business’s terms-and-conditions settings on servers hosted with hosting-service providers.
We may also share personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information, or otherwise protect our rights.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise this right, contact us using the information below.
If you are a European resident, we process your information to fulfil contracts we might have with you—for example, when you use the popup feature for terms and conditions—or otherwise pursue our legitimate business interests described above. Your information will be transferred outside Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
